Greetings and Welcome to Playing With Fire !

I am Peter Francis Cerrato and I will be teaching an Anusara yoga class at the Hollywood YMCA on Monday and Wednesday at 6:30pm.

The classes will be structured in 5 week series. Each week we will delve into a group of related poses and explore allignment principles designed to keep us safe and expand our experience.

Woven into the physical practice will be offerings of a tantric philosophy rooted in the radical affirmation of all the gifts of embodiment.
